El menor <strong>no contaba con su esquema de vacunaci\u00f3n completo<\/strong>, en particular con la <strong>dosis contra sarampi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddfe <strong>Cronolog\u00eda del caso<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>25 de enero:<\/strong> el beb\u00e9 present\u00f3 <strong>fiebre de 38 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>27 de enero:<\/strong> desarroll\u00f3 <strong>exantema maculopapular<\/strong>, <strong>tos<\/strong>, <strong>conjuntivitis<\/strong> y <strong>adenomegalias retroauriculares<\/strong>.
